Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your visit to Bloonstown — and that includes any books, games, or goodies you bring home!
If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
Because our products are primarily books and games for children, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or are no longer in new condition.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at larry@bloonstown.com within 7 days of delivery.
Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A short description of the issue
We’ll work quickly to make it right — either with a replacement or a refund.
3. Digital Downloads
All digital downloads (such as coloring pages or printables) are non-refundable once downloaded.
4. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to cancel it and issue a refund.
Once an item has shipped, it is considered final.
